The Alliance Group has developed a rescue package for those collapsed agencies and by working in tandem with the receiver-designate or liquidator enables Alliance to recover considerable sums of money for the account of unsecured creditors.
Often staff employed by the receiver or liquidator fail to grasp the need for urgent action once an agency has foundered continuing to systematically produce the statement of affairs in order to assess the value of the remaining assets whilst the largest potential asset, the on-going goodwill of the demised corporation is being totally decimated by the untimely departure of key staff leaving the receiver or liquidator incapable of serving the on-going clients during that difficult period.
